Alumni Transcript Request | Fairmont Private Schools Transcript and Records Request

This is an official request for a copy of a student record. The information contained in this request should be considered private. Please complete all information in full and then finalize the order process by clicking 'Proceed to Check Out'. Documents will be processed exactly as stated on the request. The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect your school record from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.

You will receive emails from scribOnline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.

ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from scribonline@scribsoft.com. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number and password. This will allow you to track the progress of your order processing, not delivery.

If you are paying for the records using an overseas credit card, please use the Amazon checkout.

If your purpose of request is Withdrawls and Transfers, please place the name of the school you will be transferring to in the special instructions.

Notarized transcript processing takes approximately 2 weeks and is used for an Apostille. Information regarding the Apostille process can be found here.

Digital documents will always be sent through a secure link regardless of the delivery method requested. The secure link is generated for the email address used for the application only. The digital copy cannot be sent via email to additional email addresses placed in the special instructions.

Mailed documents are delivered via USPS First-Class Mail. Tracking is not available.

This system utilizes a program called E-Trans which allows documents to be sent securely to many colleges and universities. Any requests for these schools will be fulfilled through E-Trans regardless of the delivery method requested.
